The size of the bedroom was perfect for our needs and provided enough space for relaxation. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, which surpassed our expectations. The laminate flooring gave a modern touch to the room and added to the overall ambiance. One highlight for us was the breakfast, which offered good value for money and provided a satisfying start to the day. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.

It's kind of rusty old hotel

It is the worst ever hotel that I've ever stayed in. When I arrived I saw no reception and when I called ,the reception person refused to speak English, French only. He even shouted at me. We finally communicated through SMS. The room was bad. Curtains on the floor and the hanger was broken. Room clean service sucks. They even did not change the towel. Even worse, the one who cleaned our room ate our food !!!!!

The hotel with impeccably clean rooms, in a fairly nice area, very close to metro station for access to city centre.

I stayed at Hotel Raphael Prado for a few nights while exploring Marseille. The location was perfect for me, just a short walk to the metro station and bus stop to visit the beautiful Calanques. I appreciated the polite staff and the convenience of having a bakery and supermarkets nearby. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room also had a table and chair, which was handy.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had a convenient location near the metro and bus stations. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. There were nearby amenities such as a supermarket and bakery.

The location was good and the receptionists were helpful. The hotel have free wifi.

The shower stand was broken. Would have been great if the free wifi had worked in the room as well, to have double towels for the double rooms and to notify that the check out hours doesn't match on the website with the hotel.

The room at Hotel Raphael Prado was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The satellite TV was a nice touch, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Marseille.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the shared toilets. However, I understand that some guests might not mind this feature.
